Access to Tablets without Grant the access

Hi, We are using Hexnode- Tablets for old people who cant read english and who are overwhelmed when unknown popups appear. We need to have access without permitting the access to the tablets. It would be a wonderful features for our usecases. Thanks ahead! Thomas from Telemarie

What effect does the disenroll action have on a DEP device?

I know that dep devices cannot remove device management from device side. When there are dep enrolled devices and other apple devices and disenroll action is initiated on all, what difference does it have?

On pushing password clearance action it says that the user hasn't activated the password token

What does this mean: User hasn't activated the password token in the Hexnode for Work app. Activate password token to clear the device password. I had pushed clear passcode action from portal to Samsung device.
