I was trying to retrieve the battery level of my device using an api call but then this error“Request was throttled. Expected available in 57.0 seconds.” popped up. What is the rate limit that causes error 429?

Our code calls the devices end point for all the devices, but we are encountering status 429 – Too Many Request. How long should we wait before trying again? Is one minute good enough?

Hi, we use Hexnode in our organization. We are making an administrator page to integrate automation tools in our workflows and it would be great to have hexnode mdm workflows there too. Do you have APIs to be able to implement flows on click of button like - executing compliance checks and automatically start the Hexnoe lost mode when device is not compliant?
