Android Enterprise account removed Solved

Hi, I’ve been trying to enroll my devices in Android Enterprise as device owner but I’m getting an error saying that Android Enterprise has not been configured for my organization. Does anyone have any idea what might have happened?

Exchange Active Sync Policy is not effective on the Samsung Knox device

Hi folks, I've been trying to deploy an Exchange ActiveSync policy to a couple of Samsung devices enrolled via the Knox portal, but nothing reflects on the device end. Tried multiple times on different devices and by connecting to different networks. But all efforts are in vain. Please help me out!

X96 mini issue with random lags on digital signage feature

More specifically we have a number of X96 mini android tv boxes that on random occasions stop the video playing on the digital signage feature in kiosk mode.

Configure screen orientation of Android TV device

Hello, I have a couple of Android TV devices in our retail store and would like to set the screen orientation to portrait mode. I tried implementing it via ‘Restrictions’ under Android and ‘Web-App' under Android Kiosk Lockdown’ mode. But nothing reflects on the device end. Am I missing out on something here?

Samsung Remote Control

With the updates that Samsung has made on Android the remote control feature is next to useless if you don't have the device or someone at the device. It would be great if you can make the necessary updates to the remote control feature to allow unattended access to the devices again.
